Upon municipal request, aiming to regenerate the urban plan of the oldest part of the village through new and improved urban guidelines, the mission was to recreate all the streetscape, where old Lebanese restored houses flanked the narrow spine of the existing road strip. In addition to implementing sidewalks, that previously had been non-existent, the design provided parking zones and gave priority to pedestrians.
